Tips
- For interaction searches, you must select both entries (1 and 2).
- If you don't see your result, try a shorter keyword or different spelling.
- Use Protein when you know a specific protein name.
- Use Species for organism-level queries by name.
- Use Taxa ID to search by NCBI Taxonomy database identifier (taxid), e.g. 9606 for Homo sapiens — useful when names are ambiguous or when your pipeline already uses NCBI taxids. See the NCBI Taxonomy browser for lookups.
